The Mono manufactory is growing. We are looking for new colleagues who want to write design history made in Germany together with a diverse team.

Mono GmbH is an owner-run family business, now in its 5th and 6th generation. In 1895, Wilhelm Seibel I laid the foundation stone for the flatware manufactory in Mettmann, whose history is continued today by a great-great-grandson and his sons. In 2006, Mono GmbH took over the traditional flatware manufacturer Pott from Solingen, whose epochal range of flatware has been manufactured at the factory ever since, along with other products.

At the company's headquarters in Mettmann, 28 employees take care of continuous design history by hand. Production, grinding shop, warehouse, assembly, dispatch, administration and sales office are all located in an area of around 2,500 square metres. Some things have changed, but many things have remained the same. Large parts of inventory management, sales and communication have gone digital, LED lights illuminate the production hall and employees come to work on pedelecs. At the same time, traditional manufacturing processes are held on to with stoic conviction in the belief that craftsmanship, the human eye and high-quality materials really do make a difference.

We are always looking for the right people to join our growing team. Whether you have many years of experience, are looking for an apprenticeship in the business sector or metalworking - you are also welcome to join us as a career changer. We are looking for committed, reliable new colleagues who want to continue writing design history made in Germany together with a diverse team. Please feel free to send us an e-mail to bewerbung@mono.de or call us on +49 2104 91980.
