The Mono manufactory is growing. We are looking for new colleagues who want to write design history made in Germany together with a diverse team.

Mono GmbH is an owner-managed family business, now in its 5th and 6th generation. At the company location in Mettmann, 28 employees take care of continuous design history in manual craftsmanship. Production, grinding shop, warehouse, assembly, shipping, as well as administration, marketing and sales offices are located on approximately 2,500 square meters.

We are always looking for the right people to join our growing team. Whether you have many years of experience, are looking for an apprenticeship in the business sector or in metal processing - you are also welcome to join us as a career changer.
